PROFORM FITNESS TRAINING
PROFORM fitness training is for everyone. You will enjoy increased strength, coordination, balance and alignment, improved flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. All levels of athletes will experience improved sports performance, efficiency of movement, speed, agility, enhanced stamina, and increased strength.
To learn this ancient yet modern system we offer unique custom tailored programs and private one-on-one and group training sessions for health professionals as well as patients/clients at our studio. Sessions typically last from half and hour to an hour.
We also offer a one day kettlebell workshop seminar for fitness and health care professionals. After this seminar you wil be able to offer your clients our amazing system of health, healing and recovery that focuses on improving core strength, power, flexibility, balance, neuro-muscular coordination and endurance all with proper form, breathing, and mental attitude.
Our instructors are highly educated former athletes with more than twenty years of experience.
Kettlebell Training
Level One ‑ For beginners 
This four hour seminar and workshop is the ideal course for non-professionals and athletes alike, interested in safely and properly implementing kettlebell training in their workout. This step-by-step kettlebell experience includes:
- Basic and fundamental kettlebell drills
- The foundations and history of Russian kettlebell training
- Basic kinesiology as it relates to kettlebell training
- Acceleration/deceleration and ballistic movements, and its superiority in muscle, joint, ligament and skeletal healing, training and conditioning.
